I've got a similar card like that from Taiwan via Postcrossing. I wonder if they do postcards like that for different countries\areas of the world.
I am not Taiwanese and it is only my opinion. I have never received the similar cards of other countries so maybe they do not have. I have been to Taiwan but I have never seen such cards. Thank you for the comment.
