Expired cards from my experience

There are many expired cards.
The expired cards are shown only for a year.

Whey you check your sent cards on the left, you can see the status.
This is mine.

I have  79 expired cards in a year so approximately
6-7 cards a month are expired.

I realize that some people are not active any more.
When I get an ID and an address,
I check the Usename to make sure the person is active.
Last Seen: about  2 hours ago.
It is good.
I am willing to mail the person a nice card.

Sometimes Last Seen: 30 days ago.
OMG, this isn't good. Inactive person. :(
I am so disappointed.

Make sure the person is inactive.

Make sure the person is inactive.

Form my long term experience, the person don't register my card. ( below)

I'll check them for a while and if they don't show in Postcrossing for a month,
I don't mail the cards as I don't want to spoil my cards.
I hope to reduce the expire cards.

I got 40 inactive addresses for a month but after I checked them time to time,
it reduced 22 inactive addresses.

It has been more than 5 years after I registered Postcrossing.
Time flies !
